2015 - 2019

Transition from Construction to Mechanical

Esizayo, established in 2015, initially began its journey as a construction and maintenance company. Over time, we evolved into a full turn-key construction service provider, spanning everything from earthworks and excavations to the finest finishing touches.

Esizayo’s journey is marked by continuous growth and adaptability. It became evident that our specialization was in the mechanical field.

In 2019, we expanded with a second division aimed at the mechanical sector, which saw great success. This led to a restructuring of our focus and resources, positioning us as specialists in the supply and maintenance of valves.

In early 2020, we ventured into the mechanical industry, offering supply solutions for mechanical parts. This move naturally led us into the service and maintenance realm, solidifying our commitment to supporting the supply of these essential goods.

We tailored our services to excel in ongoing mechanical maintenance with complementary support, delivering top-notch services consistently.

By 2021, we had expanded our offerings to include comprehensive turn-key shutdown solutions, a significant milestone that reshaped our company’s vision. Our primary goal shifted towards providing our clients with a holistic service in the industry.

In the course of our journey, we selectively partnered with other companies. This partnership approach allowed our clients to appoint us on a project, empowering us to oversee all aspects, eliminating the complexities of managing multiple contractors. Importantly, this approach led to cost savings and expedited project completion, thanks to our seamless coordination.

Esizayo took the bold step of managing all aspects of projects, maintenance, or shutdown work. This strategic decision meant that our clients only had to engage with one contractor — Esizayo.

Late in 2021, we launched our own actuator division, actively collaborating with a manufacturer to supply custom-designed actuators, tailor-made to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

About Jules Dovale

Meet The Founder & CEO

Jules Dovale's Background

With a career spanning back to 1985, Jules Dovale entered the financial services industry with Old Mutual as a financial planner. He progressed to the position of District Manager and ended his tenure as a tied agent after a period of 5 years.

Jules came to realise the absolute value to clients of truly independent advice and guidance, particularly in the fields of wealth management and estate planning. It was with this philosophy in mind of always placing the client first that he founded Dovale & Associates in 1990.

In order to remain current in the changing landscape of financial services, Jules obtained the prestigious Certified Financial Planning designation, followed by fellowship with the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa and a member of Masthead Financial Advisors Association, a network of notable peers within the industry.
